There is something very special and satisfying about baking. It brings family and friends together over a morning or afternoon tea. Lunch box treats for the kids’, or the school bake sale are well taken care of in my inspirational collection of recipes.
Special occasion layer cakes are always a crowd pleaser as well as a stunning chocolate explosion such as my Tiramisu brownie or my double chocolate cream puffs.
The smell of yeast baking a beautiful loaf of bread wafting through the kitchen is one of my all-time pleasures.
