We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.
All prices shown on this website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST.
Prices shown on the website may vary to the prices shown within our retail store.

Shipping

We generally work with our preferred courier service for fast delivery of our stock at competitive prices. We work hard to get the best price for your order size and delivery location. As we are aware the freight charges need to be as low as possible for our customers.

We can ship to most places in New Zealand through our two prefered courier services.

We are unable to deliver to PO Box Addresses.

In event of incorrect delivery details being provided, your order may be terminated.

Rural deliveries will incur additional freight costs.

After an order is paid for, delivery should be expected within 3-7 days depending on your location.

We sometimes do Van runs to certain locations and may be able to deliver direct to you.

Delivery charges for larger items over $600 are as follows:
Cambridge, Putaruru, Matamata, Te Awamutu: Free
Hamilton, Rotorua and Tauranga: $40.
Auckland: $80.

These charges are based on selected monthly dates and delivered by “The Interiors Barn” directly. If the items are required sooner than a delivery slot is available we are happy to organise a quote by our preferred carrier to you. Please contact us for a quote.

Returns and exchanges

All returns must be in the original packaging in resalable condition.

Items returned due to change of mind must be returned at cost to the customer and will incur a 15% administration and handling fee.

All damages must be reported within 48 hours of your delivery or collection. All goods must be notified with invoice details, image of the product and stock number. Where possible a photo of the courier delivery may be required for our own information. If goods have been damaged via our transport service we accept responsibility. If any damage discovered by you on reasonable examination is not reported within 48 hours it will be presumed goods were received in good condition. Where the inventory allows we will try to offer a replacement to you.

Please choose your items carefully as we cannot accept returns for damaged or discontinued stock sold at reduced prices or items made to order.
Please note that all items bought on sale are unable to be returned or exchanged
If a credit is required it will be at the companies discretions depending on the damage or fault.
Refunds, once the correct information has been sent will be processed within 24 hours.
