All items are inspected before delivery and once items are dispatched any damages during delivery are outside of our control.
Deliveries take between 1-5 working days depending on location and courier runs. During busy periods orders may be delayed.
Please email us or call to get an exact quote on Furniture Delivery prior to purchasing online. We offer free Delivery within 50km for orders over $500. For furniture orders under $500 we can offer delivery via a negotiated price. Please supply the product codes you are after and the exact delivery address. Due to the large variances in delivery costs throughout NZ we are unable to quote these accurately on our website. If you wish to purchase furniture items prior to finding out shipping costs you may do this on our website, and we will be in touch soon after with the available delivery rates. Payment for delivery costs can be with bank deposit.

We aim to get these away generally on the same day or next working day, however, during some periods this may take up to 5 working days or more.
We use a range of delivery methods depending on your purchase. Small homewares items are sent via a courier with a tracking number. Larger items are sent with a delivery company, where the deliverer will call to confirm the date and time.
As our website is run from stock numbers we cannot be responsible if an item is sold out prior to your order.
We are able to assist with packing International orders but customers are responsible for organising a carrier and researching the delivery fees, customs duties and all other charges for your order.
Please Note: The customer is responsible for the financial cost of returning the goods back to the store. We will assist where possible.
